受昆虫复眼启发,为提高光学成像质量,如获得高分辨率图像或大视场图像,研究者提出了许多多孔径光学成像系统。光场采集数学模型是联系多孔径光学成像系统结构设计与应用的纽带,但光场采集数学模型较少被关注。本文系统梳理了典型多孔径光学成像系统(仿生复眼、光场相机、相机阵列),总结了不同结构下多孔径光学成像系统的一般性光场采集数学模型。列出的数学模型既可用于计算特定多孔径光学成像系统的关键指标,如视场大小和子图像重叠比等,也可作为数学工具,便于研究者完成对成像系统的定量设计与评估。

在数码相机中,我们发现了一个重大缺陷,即从胶片相机继承的图像和视频模型阻碍了相机捕捉快速变化的光子世界。我们提出了一种新的视觉形式,称为视象(vform),这是一个比特序列阵列,其中每个比特表示光子的累积是否达到了一个阈值,从而可以记录和重建任何时刻场景的光强。仅使用消费级CMOS传感器和集成电路,开发了一种比传统相机快1000倍的脉冲相机。将视象看作生物视觉中的脉冲序列,进一步开发了基于脉冲神经网络的机器视觉系统,它可以将机器的速度和生物视觉的机理结合起来,从而实现了比人类视觉快1000倍的高速目标检测和跟踪,并通过辅助裁判和目标瞄准系统证明了脉冲相机和超级视觉系统的效用。视象模型和芯片有望从根本上改变图像和视频的概念以及摄影、电影和视觉媒体等相关行业,并开启一个全新的基于脉冲神经网络的速度自由的机器视觉时代。

The complementary micro-energy network system consisting of solar photovoltaic power generation (solar PVs) and micro-gas turbine (MGT), which not only improves the absorption rate and reliability of photovoltaic power, but also has the advantages of low emission, high efficiency, and good fuel adaptability, has become one of the most promising distributed power systems in the field of micro grid. According to the development of current technology and the demand of actual work, this research described the domestic and foreign development of micro-energy network system based on solar PVs and MGT. Moreover, it analyzed the challenges and future development regarding the micro-energy network system in planning and design, energy utilization optimization and dispatching management, and system maintenance, respectively. Furthermore, it predicted the future development of the key technology of the multi-energy complementary system. These results will be beneficial for the progress of this field both in theory and practice.

The relation between power-to-gas technology (P2G) and energy interconnection becomes increasingly close. Meanwhile, the participation of flexible load on user side in system optimization has attracted much attention as an efficient approach to relieve the contradiction between energy supply and energy demand. Based on the concept of energy hub, according to its series characteristic, this paper established a generic multi-energy system model using the P2G technology. The characteristic of flexible load on user side was considered and optimal dispatch analysis was made, so as to reduce the cost, to reasonably dispatch the flexible load, to reduce the discharge, to enhance the new energy output, and to increase the power-to-gas conversion efficiency. Finally, a concrete analysis was made on the optimal dispatch result of the multi-energy system using the P2G technology considering flexible load on user side in the calculating example, and optimal dispatch of the system was verified via four different scenarios. The results indicate that cooperative dispatch of multi-energy system using the P2G technology considering flexible load on user side is the most economic, and can make a contribution to absorption of new energy and P2G conversion. In this way, environmental effects and safe and stable operation of the system can be guaranteed.

To enhance the performance of high speed transfer system of LED chip sorting equipment, its control parameters need to be well matching with the mechanical system. In practical issues, it is difficult and time-consuming work to get these parameters matched because their selection is strongly depended on individuals. In current work, an integrated optimization method was carried out to solve this problem, in which the multiple control parameters optimization, modeling and simulation were included, i.e., a multi-domain model of transfer system performed on Dymola platform. Based on this model, the searching area of the key control parameters was narrowed by performing integrated optimization. After that a group of parameters were selected from this narrowed area to perform the equipment’s controls. The result showed this method possesses a simple and reliable nature. The optimal solutions also indicated that the optimized control parameters can well satisfy the requirements of transfer system. On the other hand, it greatly reduced the engineering adjustment time by using this method.

Identification of thermal error in a feed system based on multi-class LS-SVM

Research of thermal characteristics has been a key issue in the development of high-speed feed system. The thermal positioning error of a ball-screw is one of the most important objects to consider for high-accuracy and high-speed machine tools. The research work undertaken herein ultimately aims at the development of a comprehensive thermal error identification model with high accuracy and robust. Using multi-class least squares support vector machines (LS-SVM), the thermal positioning error of the feed system is identified with the variance and mean square value of the temperatures of supporting bearings and screw-nut as feature vector. A series of experiments were carried out on a self-made quasi high-speed feed system experimental bench HUST-FS-001 to verify the identification capacity of the presented method. The results show that the recommended model can be used to predict the thermal error of a feed system with good accuracy, which is better than the ordinary BP and RBF neural network. The work described in this paper lays a solid foundation of thermal error prediction and compensation in a feed system.
